みずほリサーチ&テクノロジーズ株式会社さまが実施した、大分県竹田市および鳥取県智頭市での「越境リーダーズキャンプ」にて「システムシンキングとデザインシンキングを活用し「厄介な問題」を解決する」をテーマに講演とワークショップを担当させていただきました。
本ワークショップでは日本の郊外や地域を取り巻く複雑な課題を解決するため、システムシンキングを活用することで本質を捉え、デザインシンキングによってユーザーニーズを軸としたアイデア創出を目的とし、2時間半のプログラムを構築しました。
Mizuho Research & Technologies, Inc. held a "Cross-border Leaders Camp" in Takeda City, Oita Prefecture and Chizu City, Tottori Prefecture, where we gave a lecture and led a workshop on "Solving 'Troublesome Problems' Using Systems Thinking and Design Thinking.
In order to solve complex issues surrounding Japan's suburbs and regions, this 2.5-hour workshop program was designed to capture the essence by utilizing systems thinking and to generate ideas based on user needs through design thinking.
