Working Condition and Evaluation
環境と評価
デザインコンサルタントの労働条件は自己裁量です。働く場所や時間は定められた成果に応じ、マネジャーと相談の上自由に決定してください。クライアントやパートナーとのミーティングではhubの利用も可能です。（平日8:00〜19:00）評価は半年に1度定量的進捗と成果によって行います。賞与は事業成果に応じて決定・支給します。契約・アサインは1年更新またはプロジェクトタイムラインに応じます。
The working conditions of design consultants are self-discretionary. You are free to decide where and when you work, in consultation with your manager, according to your defined results. You can also use the hub for meetings with clients and partners. (Weekdays 8:00-19:00) Appraisals will be made every 6 months based on quantitative progress and results. Bonuses will be determined and paid according to business results. Contracts and assignments can be renewed for one year or depending on the project timeline.

一般的なビジネス・ソフトオペレーション能力をはじめ、デザインなどの専門領域に関する深い知識と学習姿勢、チームビルディング、プレゼンテーション、マネジメント、外部との交渉・調整能力、クリアリティとフェアネス、客観的な自己評価...プロジェクトを適切に推進するためのスキルや人格を重視します。事業立ち上げおよび推進の経験、あるいはそれに準ず経験や知識を歓迎します。
General business and soft-operational skills, as well as in-depth knowledge and learning attitude in a specialized area such as design, team building, presentation, management, ability to negotiate and coordinate with external parties, clarity and fairness, objective self-assessment... We place great importance on the skills and personalities needed to drive projects forward properly. We welcome experience and knowledge of business start-up and promotion or similar.

選考プロセス
まずはポートフォリオや職務経歴書等の書類にて下記よりご応募ください。取締役あいは事業マネジャーによる1次審査を実施し、通過後2次審査（プレゼンテーション有）となります。選考期間はおよそ1ヶ月です。

Please apply by sending us your portfolio and CV below. Director Ai will be screened by the business manager in the first round, after which a second round of screening (with a presentation) will take place. The selection process takes approximately one month.

01. Work location and working hours
Discretionary
Work and communication space is 3 minutes walk from Daikanyama, Tokyo
Recommended working hours: 9:00-18:00
02.Remuneration
5-10 million per year *depends on experience and results/including bonus

Full-time and outsourced
Trial period of 3 months for full-time employees
Term of office: 1 year, renewable
