1/ Corporate Design and Branding Go for IPO
新規IPOに向けたコーポレートデザイン・ブランディング
新規IPOを視野に入れたコーポレートアイデンティティ策定およびブランディングを支援します。N-2後期〜N-1前期から着手し、N期に向けプロジェクトを推進します。
【取り組む課題・解決すること】
・IPO後の成長を視野に入れたブランド・アイデンティティの構築
・戦略と地続きのMVVを設計し、浸透施策までを支援
・CSVやマテリアリティの特定と活動内容の策定
・ESGやSDGsなどサステナビリティ対応を含めたブランド設計
【プロジェクト体制】
クライアント側のチーム（2〜3名）と連携し、6〜12ヶ月のプロジェクトとして推進します。
We will support the development of a corporate identity and branding go for IPO, starting from the late N-2 to early N-1 period, and promoting the project toward the Nth period.
>> Issues to be addressed and solved
Brand identity development with a view to post-IPO growth.
Design MVVs that are connected to the strategy and support measures to penetrate the market.
Identification of CSV and materiality and formulation of activities
Brand design that includes sustainability initiatives such as ESG and SDGs
>> Teaming
The project will be promoted as a 6-12 month project in cooperation with the client's team (2-3 people).
2/ Training & development for advanced designer
ビジネスデザインおよび高度デザイン人材開発支援
若年のリーダー〜ミドル層の育成に向け、デザイン思考やシステム思考を用いた人材研修プログラムを提供しています。講義形式とグループワークを通じ、実践力の獲得と参加者の視野を拡張することを目指します。（※経産省資料：高度デザイン人材育成ガイドライン）

3/ Design Support for New Business Creation
新規事業創出支援
新たな事業のPoCや仮説検証、ブランド戦略〜コミュニケーション設計、Webサイトやプロダクトの制作まで戦略を実行するためのさまざまな施策を支援いたします。
We support a variety of measures to implement strategies, from PoC and hypothesis testing for new businesses, brand strategy, communication design, and website and product creation.
