Our organisation is structured around business managers and project leaders who are best placed to deliver results in line with our business objectives and goals. At ILY, the business manager is the heart and soul of the business, and we are looking for a management partner to drive the business forward.
Working Condition and Evaluation
環境と評価
プロジェクトリーダーは裁量労働です。働く場所や時間は定められた成果に応じてマネージャーとともに決定してください。クライアントやパートナーとのミーティングではhubの利用も可能です。（平日8:00〜19:00）評価は半年に1度定量的進捗と成果によって行います。賞与は事業成果に応じてマネジャーが決定・支給。プロジェクトリーダーとしての任期は1年更新となります。
You are free to decide where and when you work, depending on the results you have set. You can also use the hub for meetings with clients and partners. (Weekdays 8:00-19:00) Evaluation will be done every 6 months based on quantitative progress and results. Bonuses will be determined and paid according to business results. The manager's term of office is renewable for one year.

We are a community-based organization that is open for business and design. We bring together a social agenda to work on business and design for a better society, and provide opportunities for case studies and dialogue on business and design. Anyone can join us online or offline, and our activities are archived on youtube.
Process
選考プロセス
まずはポートフォリオや職務経歴書等の書類にて下記よりご応募ください。取締役あるいは事業マネジャーによる1次審査を実施し、通過後2次審査（プレゼンテーション有）となります。選考期間はおよそ1ヶ月です。

2.職務経歴書（必須）
これまでの職歴と主な担当業務をわかりやすく記入してください（記入様式は不問）。ファイル形式はPDFとし、下記フォームへアップロードしてください。
3.応募条件に関する説明資料およびURL等（任意）
応募条件に対して十分な能力をもつことの説明資料を提出してください。（記入様式は不問）ファイルの場合はPDF形式。URLの場合はテキストフォームへ記載。
Please apply by sending us your portfolio and CV below. Director Ai will be screened by the business manager in the first round, after which a second round of screening (with a presentation) will take place. The selection process takes approximately one month.

01. Work location and working hours
Discretionary
Work and communication space is 3 minutes walk from Daikanyama, Tokyo
Recommended working hours: 9:00-18:00
02.Remuneration
5-9 million per year *depends on experience and results/including bonus

Full-time and outsourced
Trial period of 3 months for full-time employees
Term of office: 1 year, renewable
